If you hike the trail along Lick Brook, in the Sweedler Preserve, there is a section where you have a choice between going down a steep hill along the gorge, or into the woods for a less steep path. The less steep path goes along a ridgeline between two drop-offs, and is beautiful any time of year. Every time I've shown this picture to someone who has been there, they have said "I know exactly where that is!"
